Shipping policy

Shipping Options: 

Items are shipped from one of our two locations (Orlando, FL or YueYang, China) depending on your order size and product. We will choose the most appropriate shipping carrier depending on your location, as we ship worldwide. Most items are shipped via FedEx or UPS, though we occasionally use other carriers when needed.  

Processing & Shipping Duration:

Shipping and handling is generally as follows:

Processing: 4-7 days

Shipping: 4-7 

Once the order is ready to ship, you will receive an order tracking number via email. 

Holiday Shipping: 

During major holidays when shipping carriers are typically backlogged, there may be a slight delay in shipping times. Please contact us before placing your order if you need your order by a certain date to confirm it will be possible.
